I know that come August and the third day that temperatures soar above 90F I will wish for something cooler like below. But for now, I am glad this has melted today and hope this is the last of Winter's snows.
I believe all of us would love to live where the temperatures were stable and even and not too hot or too cold. It would be so nice to visit deserts or snow when we wanted, and live most of the time in the comfortable middle.
I figure everywhere has several months of intolerable weather. I prefer mine to hot over cold. I like the top photo, the way you made it look all feathery.
