Finding Peace of Mind

Sometimes the world gets crazy.  Nothing seems real or safe or familiar...until you can steal some time to get away to a place where things have not changed much for years and years.  That is where I went last week.

A healthy dose of nature is always a good idea. I love the ferns, I haven't them in years.
