You Think You Have Problems
One of the very swift hawks, perhaps a Coopers, came through this morning and my birds scattered everywhere from the feeders. A short while later this Cardinal showed up at the deck and seemed a bit dazed. I guess he has no means of clearing his vision!!
He looks as if he might have had a narrow squeak. Live to fly another day!

ReplyDeleteI once read where those feeders can be a smorgasbord for smaller hawks on the prowl. They have to feed too, but it does not make for good bird watching.
