Adieu


 
I hurried out yesterday in the beautiful fall afternoon, and after filling the bird feeders, I decided to cut the last of the mums and roses and bring inside before the frost this weekend. Saying goodbye to summer.

    We each say goodbye to summer in a different way. Your flowers are beautiful and you can still enjoy them inside and know they will return next year.

    To summer I say: Good Riddance! It has been sooo hot! Even fall was late in coming.
