There is something very magical with overtones of the miracle of life when watching the late afternoon sun bounce off the water and bathe the trunks of trees in a golden firelight. No painter or photographer can truly capture this beauty. It is as if these giants dressed in golden glow are heading out for a party of monstrous elegance to which mortals such as I can only imagine.
The light is impossible to catch and magical ...
ReplyDeletelove the image - great job! i have so much frustration when the camera can't/won't capture the magnificent view i am seeing...not because hubby or i can't seem to DO IT correctly, but because i can't share the stunning view later with others or see it again later myself. sometimes it just doesn't work - some images cannot be captured in their true glory. those are the times we take pictures with our minds.
ReplyDeleteI agree, although your photo does a very credible job.
ReplyDeleteWhat a beautiful photo! Sometimes those shots are more than we had hoped for once uploaded from the camera. :) And your sunset photos in a previous post are GLORIOUS! Hmmm, speedwell, I will have to see if I can find me some of that. :) I'm mostly a lazy gardener, and love adding a new perennial to my 'weed' beds. :)
